With that in mind, we are looking for ambitious Experienced Account Managers to work in our growing Sales Team.

 

The technical bit:

 

You will be involved in the full life cycle of New Business Development including;

 

Lead generation
Cold call and develop new client opportunities
Participating in networking events
Quote and propose Fluidata’s product and services
Demonstrate Fluidata’s products with onsite meetings
Process orders and setup new accounts
Assist with marketing activities where need be
Project manage deployment of service
Keeping clients well informed on progress of provisioning by email and phone
Deal with customers ongoing sales needs and propose new solutions
Point of escalation for Support, Provisioning and Finance issues
Client meetings
Provide training to partners and resellers when required
Help organise client events and workshops
Take active part in training sessions in order to maintain good technical and industry knowledge
Forecasting new business opportunities to line manager
Hit individual monthly sales targets
Contribute towards team target

 

What you need:

 

Must have a Business or IT related degree, 2:1 or above
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
Some customer service experience preferred but not essential as a good attitude and personality is just as important
Must have a strong enthusiasm for sales and technology
Must be target orientated, money motivated and have a competitive edge

With that in mind, we are looking for ambitious Marketing Executive to help establish and grow our Marketing Department.

 

The technical bit:

 

Currently the role of marketing has been conducted by a few people within the business to support the sales function but as the business continues to grow there is an opening for a new position to formalise, develop and grow the department.

 

Fluidata is a sales led business focusing on dedicated account management, business development and consultation. The marketing role would be to help bolster current marketing activities such as thought leadership and awareness while introducing new activities to the business which directly result in higher sales.

 

The Marketing Executive will be tasked with the following responsibilities and duties along with any other day to day requirements:

 

Manage and direct the external Public Relations team to help achieve increased awareness among potential clients

Control and direct online marketing efforts including SEO and Google Adwords

Oversee the design and use of the brand throughout the business and its further development

Work with designers and developers on increasing and developing brand presence through the website and supporting materials

Edit and manage the content and look of the bi-annual company PULSE magazine

Organise and support customer events in conjunction with the Sales Manager

Update and develop sales supporting material such as proposal and presentation templates

Create regular content for publication and comment on the company’s own mediums such as Twitter/Facebook/Linkedin and website

Work with the development and sales teams with the creation of new products and services and their subsequent promotion to customers

Create and maintain online marketing campaign to drive higher sales through increasing number of incoming enquiries.

 

What you need:

 

Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal

Experience within a marketing team

Experience with digital and traditional marketing

Demonstration of improved marketing activities

Wide knowledge of marketing

Ability to project manage and work to deadlines

Minimum 2 years working experience desired

The technical bit:

 

You will be responsible for working within the support team and escalating problems to the necessary engineers
Front line first point of contact for support enquiries by phone, email and client portal
Logging details of fault, diagnosing and resolving problem
Liaising with wholesale suppliers and partners to resolve technical faults
Coordinating tests and troubleshooting with clients to resolve technical faults
Keeping clients well informed on progress of support tickets, by email and phone

 

What you need:

 

Ability to deliver first class customer service
Graduates: A obtained or expected 2:2 in a IT or Business related degree
Sharpened command of the English language, both written and verbal
A great personality!
