At the cutting edge of DSL technology, BURST can achieve speeds of up to 20 Mb/s. Also capable of uploads speeds at 2 Mb/s this is an enterprise grade service. BURST is a refinement of the ADSL2 standard and is a hot topic because it is capable of doubling the transmission speed of typical ADSL connections from 1.1 MHz to 2.2 MHz. This permits downstream data rates at over 20 Mb/s.

Our PureFluid solution makes excellent use of BURST, offering an aggregated solution which applies the ultra-fast BURST on top of a dedicated uncontended SDSL backbone. The result is a market leading product capable of up to 22 Mb/s download and 4 Mb/s upload. The nature of the product also ensures redundancy, with true failover between two copper circuits and independent wholesale delivery both at the local exchange and into the Fluidata core network.
