At 11:36am this morning a core device crashed at the THE datacentre, dropping all DSL sessions terminating on that equipment. All sessions successfully failed over to resilient devices at other datacentres, however as a result of this process customers would have experienced a couple of minutes downtime.

Crash logs for the device have been retrieved and sent to Cisco for further analysis

We have just seen a recurrence of this issue causing a short outage for some DSL sessions while they fail over to other devices.

We are currently still liaising with Cisco to identify a permanent fix, any further information will be displayed here.

If your service has not yet recovered, please power cycle your router and contact our support desk on 02070998999
