At 17:29 yesterday evening, we saw a major network failure in the Ealing area of London affecting all O2 DSL services connected to the following exchanges:
Molesey (LSMOL), Malden (LSMAL), Teddington (LSTED), Cobham (LSCOB), Richmond Kew (LSRIC), Putney (LSPUT), Thames Ditton (LSTHDT), Merton Park (LSMEPK), Mortlake (LSMOR), Walton On Thames (LSWLTN), Wimbledon (LSWIM) and Twickenham (LWTWI)
The cause of the outage is reported to be a collapsed fibre duct, damaging 244 fibres which are in the process of being repaired. The estimated restoration time is said to be this afternoon, however we will endeavour to update this page with any further information we receive or every 2 hours, whichever comes first.

Engineers are still on site carrying out repairs, so far connectivity has been restored at the following exchanges:
Wimbledon (LSWIM), Putney (LSPUT), Wandsworth (LSWAN), Mortlake (LSMOR) and Merton Park (LSMEPK).
If you are connected to these exchanges please be advised that due to the vicinity of the outstanding repairs, this should still be treated as an AT RISK period until the outage has been completely resolved.
